Data deletion

Last updated 25 October 2026

How to remove VideoNGN's access to your accounts and have your data deleted.

1. Disconnect in the dashboard

In the VideoNGN dashboard, open Accounts and click Disconnect on the account. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens and the account's name and ID. Delete account also removes its publishing rules.

2. Revoke access on the network

You can also remove VideoNGN from the network's own settings, even without signing in to VideoNGN:

  • YouTube / Google: open your Google account's third-party access page, select VideoNGN and choose Remove access.
  • TikTok: in the TikTok app go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, select VideoNGN and remove it.
  • X: go to Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, select VideoNGN and choose Revoke app permissions.

Once access is revoked, our stored tokens stop working. To also remove them from our systems, disconnect the account in the dashboard or email us (below).

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email mobile@networkngn.com with the subject Data deletion request and tell us which accounts or channels it concerns. We will confirm by email and delete, within 30 days:

  • access tokens, account names and IDs for every connected account;
  • video statistics and the IDs of posts we published;
  • your briefs, settings, and the videos, scripts and media produced for you.

Videos already published to YouTube, TikTok or X stay on those platforms until you delete them there. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as the backups expire, within 30 days.

More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
