Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VideoNGN collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. VideoNGN is operated by Networkngn, Inc. (“we”, “us”).

1. Who this policy covers

VideoNGN is a tool for businesses and creators (“you”) who produce animated videos and publish them to their own social accounts. This policy covers you as a user of VideoNGN and the accounts you connect. We do not collect information about the people who watch your videos on YouTube, TikTok or X.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Channel briefs, topics, settings and publishing rules you enter in the dashboard.
  • The videos, scripts, images, narration and captions VideoNGN produces for you.
  • Messages you send us, for example by email.

Information from accounts you connect

When you connect a social account, you sign in on that network's own login screen and approve the access listed below. We receive:

  • YouTube (Google): your channel's ID and title; an access token and refresh token; the IDs of videos VideoNGN uploads; and the public view, like and comment counts of those videos. Requested permissions: youtube.upload (upload videos), youtube.force-ssl (set thumbnails, captions, playlists and the first comment on videos we upload) and youtube.readonly (identify your channel and read statistics of our uploads).
  • TikTok: your account's ID and display name; an access token and refresh token; and the IDs of posts VideoNGN publishes.
  • X: your account's ID, name and handle; an access token and refresh token; and the IDs of posts VideoNGN publishes.

We do not read your private videos, messages, comments by others, subscribers, followers or any other data in these accounts.

Technical information

  • Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
  • The dashboard sets one functional cookie that remembers which channel you were working on. This public website sets no cookies. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

3. How we use information

We use information only to provide VideoNGN:

  • to connect your accounts and show which account is connected;
  • to publish the videos you approve, at the times and with the settings you choose;
  • to show the status and statistics of published videos in your dashboard;
  • to keep the service secure and to answer your requests.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, build profiles of you, or use it to train AI models. Information we receive from YouTube, TikTok or X is never sent to AI models. VideoNGN uses Google's Gemini models to write scripts and generate images, narration and music from the briefs and topics you provide.

4. Google user data

VideoNGN's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. YouTube API Services

VideoNGN uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data.

  • We store the YouTube data listed in section 2 only while your channel is connected.
  • Video statistics are refreshed while a video is recent. Statistics that have not been refreshed for 30 days are deleted.
  • You can revoke VideoNGN's access at any time on your Google security settings page, or by disconnecting the channel in the dashboard.

6. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that run VideoNGN for us: Google Cloud (hosting, database and file storage) and the Google Gemini API (content generation from your briefs). They process data on our instructions.
  • The networks you publish to, which receive the videos and text you approve.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States. Connections are encrypted with TLS, access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and access to the dashboard is password-protected and limited to authorized people.

8. Retention

  • Access tokens and account names/IDs: until you disconnect the account, then deleted immediately.
  • Video statistics: deleted when not refreshed for 30 days.
  • Your briefs, settings and produced videos: until you delete them or ask us to close your account.
  • Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.

9. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect any account in the dashboard, revoke access in the network's own settings, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information. See Data deletion for step-by-step instructions. Email mobile@networkngn.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

VideoNGN is for adults acting for themselves or a business; it is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Some channels publish videos for young audiences; those are published as “made for kids” where the network supports it, and we collect no information about their viewers.

11. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.
