Terms of Service

1. The service

VideoNGN helps you plan, produce and publish animated videos. It writes scripts and storyboards, generates visuals, narration, music and captions, and publishes the videos you approve to the social accounts you connect.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use VideoNGN for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your access and must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

4. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

When you connect YouTube, TikTok or X, you authorize VideoNGN to act on those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. You must own those accounts or be authorized to manage them, and you remain responsible for complying with each platform's rules:

• VideoNGN uses YouTube API Services. By using VideoNGN with YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• TikTok Terms of Service apply to content you publish on TikTok.
• X Terms of Service apply to content you publish on X.

We are not responsible for the platforms' availability, decisions or changes to their services.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the briefs and materials you provide and, as between you and us, of the videos produced for you. You grant us a limited license to store, process and publish them only to provide VideoNGN to you.

6. AI-generated content

VideoNGN uses AI to create scripts, images, narration and music. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review videos before you approve them: you are responsible for what you publish, including any disclosures a platform requires for synthetic or altered media and the correct audience settings, such as “made for kids”.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use VideoNGN to:

• publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• spam, manipulate engagement, or violate any platform's rules;
• interfere with, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or access it in unauthorized ways.

8. Fees

Any fees for VideoNGN are agreed separately in writing.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using VideoNGN and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law or by a platform. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

VideoNGN is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed or that videos will perform in any way.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for VideoNGN in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish through VideoNGN or from your breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; continuing to use VideoNGN after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Networkngn, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
